Two kinds of team members
Hosts
Adults (18+) who enjoy meeting people on camera and can give regular hours. Reliability matters more than follower count — you earn your full commission rate on their earnings.
Sub-agents
People with a network — creators, community admins, experienced hosts. They build their own teams, and you earn the gap between your rate and theirs.

Invite links
Every recruit starts with your link
Your agency dashboard gives you two personal links: one for hosts and one for new agents. People who register through them as new users are linked to your team.
- Share only your own links — never another agency's.
- Existing Chamet users cannot be added to your team later.
- After each sign-up, check that the person appears in your invitee list.

Onboarding
The first seven days
Most new hosts who quit do it in week one. This checklist keeps them going.

Rules
Recruit the right way
- No poaching hosts from other agencies.
- No fees, deposits or “training” payments — ever.
- No guaranteed salaries or fake income screenshots.
- No payments outside the Chamet app.
- Never deduct money from a host's earnings.
- Adults only: every recruit must be 18 or older.
FAQ
Recruitment questions
Can I recruit hosts who already use Chamet?
No. Only new users who register through your invite link join your team, and trying to move hosts from other agencies breaks Chamet's rules.
How many hosts do I need for a higher commission tier?
Tiers depend on your team's earnings over 30 days, not the number of people — from US$500 for tier A to US$5,000 for tier C. A few active hosts count more than many inactive ones.
Can I promise new hosts a fixed salary?
No. Chamet pays hosts for their activity, so income varies. Promising guaranteed earnings is misleading and can break consumer-protection law. Share ranges and examples instead.
