How Chamet sub-agent commission works

You earn the gap between your commission rate and your sub-agent's rate, applied to their team's earnings. At 22% over a sub-agent at 10%, US$100 of their team's earnings pays you US$12.
Direct hosts vs sub-agents
- Direct hosts: you earn your full rate on their earnings.
- Sub-agents: you earn your rate minus their rate on their team's earnings.
- Both count toward your 30-day team total, which sets your tier.
Why sub-agent commission can be zero
If your sub-agent reaches the same tier as you, the gap is zero, so you earn nothing extra from their team that day. Growing your own direct hosts keeps your tier ahead.
